End-to-end processing of vendor invoices, from receiving and month end reporting to payment and reconciliation.
Capacity to work in AP in various jurisdictions across Europe
Ensure timely and accurate processing vendor inquiries
Communicate accounts payable process to others and provide input into processes to ensure a high quality of service
Performs a variety of AP tasks and projects as necessary
Participate in process improvement projects as requested.

You have:

Understanding of the accounts payables process
Good communication skills, mandatory English
Ability to communicate confidently, with clarity both downwards and upwards and with stakeholders (controllership management, procurement, logistic etc)
Willing to learn and process improvement oriented
Experience > 1 year in Accounting
