WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

You will own the relationships with the channel partners across Europe and the development and implementation of strategies for the growth of the distribution business in the area.

Building and maintain relationships with existing and new distribution partners
Develop and implement growth strategies for both new and existing product portfolios.
Drive the achievement of assigned budgets
Partner with Hoffman’s Regional Account Managers to implement and successfully complete the regional distribution growth sales plans
Collaborate with the marketing team for the creation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns
Analyse competitive market intelligence and trends, while adapting and refining the business strategies.
Establish, ensure and sustain a clear communication strategy with our partners and as well, ensure our B2B customer and strategically market focused approach

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree in social, financial or engineering domains are preferred
Ideally 5+ years of experience in B2B roles, Sales, Advanced Purchasing
Confirmed B2B and complex task management/ project management skills
Previous experience in an electrical manufacturing or related domain is an advantage
Good knowledge of Excel is required; experience with a CRM is preferred
Proficiency in English language written and spoken (C1 as per EU levels)
