Primary purpose of job
• Establishing and maintaining a robust digital governance framework to guide the selection, prioritization, and execution of
digital projects.

• Identify and select high-impact digital use cases that align with the company's strategic goals and deliver tangible benefits.
• Develop and maintain a digital risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and manages digital risks, including

risks related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology failures.

• Design and implement effective processes and delivery models for executing digital projects, considering factors such as

agile development, waterfall methodologies, or hybrid approaches.

• Collaborate with business lines to understand their needs and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Develop and nurture a network of digital champions within the organization to drive adoption and maximize the value of

digital initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, ensuring the change management and adoption of digital solutions is in

place across the organization in collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders.

• Measure and track the value creation by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital

projects on the business and track their progress towards achieving desired outcomes, and advise on future investments.

• Maintain a comprehensive digital portfolio by documenting and tracking the status, progress, and outcomes of all digital

initiatives to provide a centralized repository of information and facilitate decision-making. Experience & Skills
• 10 years proven experience in rolling out complex and advanced digital applications in production, drilling operations
management, or petroleum engineering.

• Deep understanding of the Digital Governance role in the Energy Industry, with preference in Upstream.
• Strong interpersonal communication, team spirit behavior, and proven ability to work cross-functional squads.

Education
Bachelor of Science degree, preferred specialization in engineering, O&G operations.
