FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Primary purpose of job
Oversee affiliates' real estate agreements/contracts and ensure they are properly managed in terms of handling and
reviewing existing, renewed, and new Lease Agreements (nationally and internationally). This includes tendering for such agreements, to ensure Qatar Energy's interest as well as the affiliate company's interests are safeguarded. In addition to managing and evaluating the commercial stores in Qatar Energy HQ. Experience & Skills
* 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate activities for a large Middle Eastern employer, including 3 years
supervisory experience
Has thorough knowledge of Corporation's operational work sites and premises in Doha
Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and Arabic
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business Administration with good communication and computer skills
