Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their real estate inquiries via phone, email, face-to-face meetings
- Conduct viewings of residential and commercial properties in a professional manner, manage client's follow-up
- Provide property investment advice to clients after carefully analyzing the current market conditions and trends
- Maintain an extensive list of all clients who have been in contact with you to identify the clients demographics and the most sought-after and profitable areas
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote the properties through advertisements, social media and contacting clients directly
- Proven work experience as a real estate agent in Doha, Qatar
- Proven track record of successful sales and leasing transactions
- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently along with excellent interpersonal skills
