Join our team in Qatar as a Sales and Leasing Team, where you'll guide clients through the property selection process, build relationships with landlords, and facilitate successful property transactions. Utilize your sales expertise and market knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, facilitating the property selection process.
Establish and maintain relationships with landlords to secure property listings and expand our network.
Conduct property showings, showcasing key features to potential buyers.
Utilize strong negotiation skills to close successful property transactions.
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments to offer informed advice.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Qatari Driving License
Motivated by commission-based compensation and achieving sales targets
Proven track record in sales and negotiation, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (proficiency in another language advantageous)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with CRM software and sales processes
