Objectives: · Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positive client experience. · Serve as main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers and ensure a fair deal for all parties. · Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale and offer advice to interested buyers. · Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) prior to sale of commercial property. · Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties. · Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends. Responsibilities:
Create and manage marketing strategies to promote properties on various platforms.
Guide and assist clients with their real estate inquiries via face-to-face, phone call or email.
Understand and recognize clients’ needs and financials capacity to suggest solutions that suit them.
Handle negotiation processes, consult clients on market environment, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Introduce properties to potential buyers and renters.
Recommend properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Conduct viewings of residential and commercial properties in a professional manner, manage client's follow-up.
Assist clients with their real estate inquiry (by phone, via email, face-to-face meetings). Client evaluation.
Log all the information on leads into the company provided database (Excel, CRM).
Manage through the leasing process: communication with client, viewing, negotiation process, explain rent terms and payments, security deposit and other applicable fees to the client, prepare lease agreement, collect client documents and fees.
Provide reports to company management on leads, ongoing inquiries, closed deals.
Develop the knowledge about properties/projects in the different areas of Qatar.
Conduct open houses and other property marketing activities to attract clients.
Stay up to date with all promotions/leasing offers set by company.
Always maintain company’s customer service and sales standards.
Requirements:
Real estate experience (preferred).
Experience in retails and commercial spaces leasing.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Good knowledge of the areas in Qatar.
Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market.
Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from rejection.
High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy.
