Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Accounting Officer to join our team in Al-Gharafa, Qatar. This role involves managing financial reporting, ensuring supply chain compliance, and coordinating procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of financial reports, project accounting, and supply chain management, with the ability to analyze and report commercial data effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing procedures and account payable activities.
- Perform suppliers’ reconciliation.
- Reconcile project cost reports with the Income Statement.
- Reconcile the Balance Sheet with open entries.
- Input, retrieve, and analyze commercial data.
- Demonstrate sound accounting knowledge and understanding of financial reports and statements.
- Apply knowledge of IFRS 15 for project accounting to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; a professional degree (CA, CPA, CMA) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial role; Gulf experience is a plus.
- SAP Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and report on commercial figures.
- Proven ability to work well in an integrated team environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, and SAP.
- Flexible, culturally diverse, and maintains a positive attitude.

Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR12,500.00 per month
