Forecast and report the financial status for a portfolio different product line.
Analyze and explain project performance and any cost deviations.
Report and present various business KPIs as required.
Ensure the accuracy of project books and records.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, including SAP, Siemens-FRG, and local GAAP requirements.
Provide lessons learned on a contractually and financially comparable project basis
Preparation of the budget, business plans and financial forecasts and report variances
Coordinate monthly reporting activities
Drive performance controlling and continuous improvement programs
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Ensure smooth month-end and year-end close processes and maintain clean booked & records
Drive annual re-organization in SAP
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
3-5 years of work experience in Finance and Accounting (preferably in Controlling function).
The CPM position is the financial counterpart of the project manager. The financial interface to the customer in alignment with the global Project management and coordinate all commercial activities related local activities to their projects.
The role also demands strong collaboration skills, team player as well as strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, at various levels and thorough understanding of Siemens Guidelines
Proficiency with standard accounting principles.
Strong competence in using IT Tools including Microsoft (especially Excel, Power Point), FOCUS+ & relevant data analysis tools and visualization, SAP, SMART reports and Salesforce applications.
