Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician

Position: Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician
We are seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Qualification:
- Tradesman certificate and/or relevant experience in facilities maintenance in retail or hospitality industry.
- Hands on experience in repairs and maintenance of commercial Kitchen Equipment.
- Strong understanding of modern refrigeration system.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
- With experience in HVAC, Kitchen equipment etc.
- Good understanding of HACCP.
- Electrical / Mechanical worker licenses.
- Plumbing licenses or certificates of training.
- Work at Heights Certificates.
- IPAF licensees
Able to start ASAP!
