Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Recruiter to join our manpower recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks while also playing an integral role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure that the office is organized and running smoothly.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Assist with the filing, record-keeping, and database management of employee and candidate records.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for office-related activities such as onboarding, training, and team coordination.
- Handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
Recruitment:
- Develop job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, company websites, and social media.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various roles, ensuring that manpower needs are met on time.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interview schedules and maintaining communication with applicants.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
