Job Description:
- Project Manager(Business) 12+ years of overall IT experience with around 6+ years in Project and Program Management
- At least 1 end to end Product Implementation experience, , Product in HR domain will be an added advantage)Being able to work through ambiguity and engage with both Business and Technology stake holders
- Good experience in managing stake-holders comprising of Business Delivery Head, Implementation Partner, Product Owners and Vendors,etc.
- Define the program controls, processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program effectively
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various units and run effective governance meetings
- Diligently manage change request process to ensure any deviation from planned baseline across scope, cost and quality Industry leading certifications such as CSM/PMP/Prince2 would be an added advantage
