Position: Secretary (Female) We are a prominent hospitality group managing multiple restaurants across diverse concepts. We are looking for an experienced Secretary to provide dedicated administrative support to our General Manager (GM) and assist in the efficient management of our operations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager.
Manage the GM's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the GM.
Handle confidential documents and communication with discretion.
Coordinate with various departments and restaurant locations on behalf of the GM.
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist with HR, operational coordination, and other tasks as assigned by the GM.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary in the hospitality field, with a focus on supporting senior management (experience in managing multiple restaurants is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
