Executive Secretary for collage / (English & Arabic writing and Reading)
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and inquiries.
Documentation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and meeting agendas, ensuring all materials are accurate and timely.
Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.
Office Coordination: Maintain an organized office environment, manage supplies, and implement efficient administrative processes.
