MEP Supervisor
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled MEP Supervisor with a strong background in facility management to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of MEP systems, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

We are looking for a skilled MEP Supervisor with a strong background in facility management to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of MEP systems, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems in commercial and residential facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Collaborate with facility management to assess MEP needs and prioritize maintenance projects.
- Train and mentor technicians on MEP systems, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service records.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide solutions to urgent issues.
- Assist in budget planning and control for MEP maintenance and repair activities.
- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a facility management context.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and energy management.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facility management or related fields.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
