Experience
General (Overall): Min – 10 years
Min - 7 years in supervisory in maintenance department, in beverage or water or FMCG industry
Should have a work Experience in Sidel, KHS, SMI, Cermex machineries
Responsibilities
Perform Preventive / Breakdown maintenance of all line equipment to achieve Mechanical Efficiency of all lines.
Reduce the down time of line equipment / Utility equipment by doing periodical preventive maintenance.
Manage, supervise and execute the machineries maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic) activity whenever required.
Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment.
Analyse the root cause for the machinery’s breakdown if any,
Responsible for communicating the machineries issues to the maintenance head as well as to the machine manufacturers for smooth functioning of machinery.
Responsible for monitoring the critical and technical spares list and making sure that it will be available for emergency / equipment breakdowns.
Responsible for checking and inspecting the spares and tools inventory and place order when needed with the coordination of maintenance technician.
Purchase orders, preparing and follow up for the machinery’s spare parts / tools with the coordination of maintenance head.
Responsible for monitoring the downtime of the machineries and it’s to be regularly update to the maintenance head.
Schedule and execute Line equipment and Utility equipment OEM services.
Responsible for conducting maintenance audit for all the machinery.
Assist with implementation of new projects if any.
Conduct safety inspections as scheduled and complete them accurately as required.
Preparing preventive maintenance schedule for each machine with the coordination of the Production Team.
Always ensure that the Forklift is available.
Monitor the maintenance of the History Card for all the machinery.
Responsible to Train the people for new environment.
Effective utilization of Manpower and Man-hours.
Preparing documents and Implementation of HACCP, ISO and EHS standards requirements in the Maintenance activities.
Ensure the operational controls are in place to avoid risk.
Periodic review and update of HIRA and EAI Registers.
Ensure the proper work permit and personal safety protection kits are available before employing an employee in the workplace.
Implementing GMP practices in the work area and in the Factory.
Responsible to produce 100% Quality products.
Active participation in coordination with other department team members in Internal and External audits.
