Restaurant Supervisor (South)
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
- Staff Supervision:
- Manage and train front-line staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Customer Service:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Financial Responsibilities:
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor revenue and expenses, and help control costs to meet financial targets.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that food and beverage quality meets the restaurant’s standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant and kitchen to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with all team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Policy Implementation:
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures.
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
