Position: Chef
Location: The Pearl
Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu.
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage kitchen staff, monitor food quality, and control stock and inventory.
• Develop new recipes and suggest creative menu items.
• Ensure a consistent, exceptional dining experience for guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Culinary education or certification is a plus.
