Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality, healthy meals.
Develop innovative, health-conscious menus that cater to various dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh, organic, and sustainable ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
Control inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs to minimize waste.
Stay updated with current trends in healthy eating and nutrition.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a health-focused or high-end restaurant.
Strong knowledge of nutrition and various healthy cooking techniques.
Ability to create menus that are both nutritious and flavorful.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.
