Tech Recruiter | In-House Talent Acquisition (IHTA) - Porto

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our In-House Talent Acquisition (IHTA) Team. You’ll be in charge of spreading the Damia magic within our clients!
Our great People Team has prepared this beautiful job spec just for you:

About you:

You must be an awesome person with at least 2 years of experience in tech hiring ( either in-house or in agencies)
You know how to source ( Boolean search methods will be a big plus !)
You are an experienced person in stakeholder management
You rock when you need to manage an ATS ( Applicant Tracking System) like Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, Ashby, etc…to deal with your pipelines
You think that Talent Acquisition is not HR
You understand that Rome wasn’t built in one day
Your English skills should be at an advanced level
You need to be able to work in a hybrid model (if necessary)

You’ll be part of our IHTA team which means that you will be present in many projects and many different company cultures
Be part of our brainstorming sessions and bring us new ideas to solve our client´s problems
