YOUR ROLE
YOUR PROFILE
- Communicate effectively in French with clients to understand their migration requirements and provide necessary assistance.
- Coordinate and manage the migration process for Vo IP services, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption for clients.
- Follow up on migration activities, closely monitoring progress and promptly resolving any issues or roadblocks.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on migration progress to the team and clients.
YOUR PROFILE
- Fluency in French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role involving client communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take necessary preemptive actions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions.
