Role/Team overview:
As a Transaction Capture Representative you will be working in a dynamic environment supporting timely and accurate trade settlement process and maintaining client service levels in Static Data team.

Key responsibilities:

• Parameterization of systems in line with valid information delivered by clients, broker, custodians, Citi teams
• Monitor transaction flow and perform root cause analysis of discrepancies
• Perform root cause analysis of common discrepancies between client and brokers' instructions
• Participation in business initiatives, client on-boarding and documenting new processes

Requirements:

• English at a B2 level
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Excel knowledge (SQL and VBA knowledge is nice to have)
• Finance/Economics degree will be beneficial

You are not afraid to work under pressure meeting deadlines we will teach you everything you need to place an order and settle a trade, even if today you don’t know anything about capital markets!
A degree is desired but not critical, as a degree will never replace ambition and hard work. Willingness to work in the capital markets and determination to learn.
