For our Supply Chain team, based in Poland, Krakow, we are currently looking for a Supply Planning Lead, who will own and execute the product supply planning processes for finished goods for their assigned production centers, in adherence to standard drumbeats and the defined planning cycle, to ensure supply continuity, and to optimize inventory levels at market and total network levels. The successful role holders will;
Drive and perform the optimum finished goods production plan that meets the market demand, adhering to the inventory policies, targets and prioritization of the markets served and SKUs based on finance guidelines.
Perform and lead the production planning, in line with the defined supply planning drumbeat and factory Plant Operating Strategy.
Run scenarios in Supply Planning system to explore different options to resolve shortages or excess of inventory and to obtain the optimum production plan that reconciles market demand, prioritization, capacity and supply constraints.
Drive, lead and enhance continuous improvement and lean process implementation.
Perform data analysis, to provide root cause related to agreed planning alerts. Following up on risk and opportunities related to FG supply, with action plans agreed and supported by all partners.
Create stock policies collaboratively with market planning and manufacturing, to provide inputs on optimal production patterns.
Be accountable for system alerts and report setup, generating inventory projections as per agreed inventory policies.
Take action, in order to resolve the deviations to stay within defined target ranges.
Perform Super User activities for the supply planning system, by supporting other users on the system functionalities, identifying resolutions for the system issues, testing the required system enhancements and implement structure for knowledge transfer, process of standards and best practices.
Monitor and manage the performance of the third party Business Services Provider (BSP)
We’re looking for someone with:
A candidate with a master’s degree or equivalent, in business administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering is an asset.
Additional Supply Chain certification is desirable, but not essential.
Min. 5 years of experience within Fast Paced Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical industry.
Experience in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics.
Good understanding and experience in managing the supply planning master data, system inputs and outputs.
Data analytics skills and tools such as Python and Power BI is recommended as well as applied mathematical and statistical model to supply chain for decision making.
Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus).
A candidate fluent in written & spoken English Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and Power Point, skilled in data analysis and creating clear, focused presentations.
