WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities, as well as a good attitude to teamwork and collaboration
Understanding of business strategies and the ability to prioritize workloads accordingly
Ability to balance a candidate-centric experience with the needs of business stakeholders
Strong sourcing experience; deep web sourcing using advance filtering and Boolean search strings
Mining social media such as Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Git Hub, etc.
Advanced sourcing from organizations that are diversity or industry focused
Mapping out competitor org charts through Internet and phone research
English proficient
Preferred Requirements: German or French language skills; experience recruiting in areas such as External Affairs or Life Sciences; Knowledge of talent analytics and relevant platforms and tools (such as Talent Neuron), Experience of using a CRM or ATS system (experience with Success Factors/Phenom People is an advantage)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Identify potential candidates using a combination of professional and social media platforms, deep web sourcing, advanced filtering, social media and Boolean search strings as well as chrome extensions, etc
Supply regular funnel reporting and search insights throughout the sourcing and screening process to ensure total alignment with the brief throughout, and secure suitable shortlists
Engage with passive talent, providing a best-in-class candidate experience through thoroughly researched conversations and robust candidate relationship management
Build market intelligence including understanding of the talent landscape in targeted locations, industries and organizations, in order to advise PMI stakeholders on the best sourcing strategy
Work closely with talent branding to design attraction campaigns and adjust messaging to PMI talent;
Increase diversity and candidate quality through better candidate segmentation and objectivity
Collaborate with TA peers and business stakeholders to ensure the most efficient talent sourcing service
Strive for new ideas, ways and technologies to source better, faster ensuring best candidates experience at the same time
