The Salesforce CRM Specialist is focused on supporting the marketing department with the successful launch and on-going support of Salesforce globally;
Be the expert for all non-technical implementations, setup, and customizations of Salesforce;
Provide consultation, support, user stories and training to marketing colleagues globally;
Collaboration within the global One CRM project team as a Business Process Owner, working with colleagues in marketing, sales, service, customer experience and IT departments;
Monitor the implementation and support marketing users in working with Salesforce in local markets;
Conduct ongoing analysis of processes and performance of Salesforce as a marketing tool;
Analyzing current activities, optimizing and preparing recommendations for changes to increase efficiency and implementing solutions strongly focused on lead generation;
Identify and present solutions for project issues and risks, specifically regarding and process customizations of Salesforce CRM.
Your Skills
Experience in working with a CRM system; Salesforce knowledge is an additional advantage;
Project management skills in an international environment;
Ability to understand the needs of the target group and prepare appropriate reports with recommendations regarding customer data management;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to conduct training and presentations;
Focusing on the goal and supporting teams within the group in generating leads;
Strong analytical skills;
Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) a plus;
Marketing and/or sales experience is an additional advantage;
Business proficiency of English language is required, German is a plus;
