Software Support & Integration Expert
Your Tasks
- Aftersales analysis and support for customers and service technicians in the areas of wood WOP, digital apps, and integration.
- Execution of sold services using modern remote systems and on-site.
- Support for customers and service technicians during commissioning.
- Contact person for the global software hubs in the global service.
- Coordination of software releases with pilot customers.
- Taking on tasks in internal projects with the aim of advancing our service processes and our business.
- Support in specialized training for customers and service personnel.
- Driving revenue growth in the designated product areas.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction as well as adherence to service and quality standards completes your profile.
Your Skills
- Technical training as an electronics technician, IT specialist, or technician, or a degree.
- Desirable: Knowledge in the field of network technology and databases.
- Initial knowledge of HOMAG software products such as wood WOP is an advantage.
- Very good social skills and strong communication abilities.
- Very high service orientation: "Customer First!"
- Good English and very good German skills, both written and spoken.
