We are looking for Expirienced Salesforce Architect to developing the Salesforce Field Service module and oversee the development done by the team, designate solutions.
This is your mission
Salesforce Development: Design and write code in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), including LWC for offline mobile capabilities.
Integration Design & Implementation**: Develop integrations using Apex, Flow, Platform Events, and Mule Soft, with a deep understanding of the integration bus and capabilities.
Requirements Gathering: Convert business problems into business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Team Leadership: Lead a development team of up to 15 people, serving as a solutions architecture mediator between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
Problem Solving: Identify and implement solutions when standard functionality does not meet business requirements.
Code Review: Perform code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
Dev Ops Collaboration: Work with the Dev Ops team using tools like Flosum to prepare deployment packages and manage deployments.
UI/UX Improvement: Experience enhancing the user interface and user experience design for Salesforce solutions.
Complex Solutions Design: Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.
What you bring along
Proven experience in Salesforce architecture with deep knowledge of FSL, Apex, LWC, and Mule Soft integrations.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA & SAP CAP is a plus.
Strong skills in solution design, coding (Apex, LWC), integration, and Dev Ops tools like Flosum.
Proven ability to lead development teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications relevant to architecture and Field Service Lightning are highly desired.
Leverage strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations of the FSL product.
