Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Graduate or min. 3rd year bachelor's degree student (availability for 35h per week);
- Excellent MS Excel skills;
- Very good English language skills (min B2);
- Internal client orientation and responsiveness;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management skills and ‘can do’ attitude;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities;
- Focused on details and high quality with openness for constant learning.
Your future role
- Close cooperation with Audit & Assurance team and Resource Planning Team, introducing project’s bookings into internal planning system; ensure completeness and correctness of staff- and project-related data;
- Booking of trainings and holidays for staff, allocating inventories;
- Supporting on ongoing basis to staff shortages due to for ex. sickness absence, review of conflicts and looking for and offer solutions on conflicting assignments
- Preparing reports in Excel;
- Actively participating in schedule meetings and responding to changes in bookings;
- Supporting in other resource planning operations and analysis.
