As a Planning Resource Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s transformation by leveraging the Optimity Planning tool to create and optimize business processes related to product design, Bill of Material Management, Recipe/Specification Management, and both demand and production planning. You will participate in or lead system deployments, help define and enhance planning processes, and drive continuous improvements for greater efficiency and cost savings.
YOU WILL
Support the company’s transformation by utilizing the Optimity Planning tool to develop business processes for Product Design, Bill of Material Management, Recipe/Specification Management, and Demand & Production Planning
Participate in or lead end-to-end system deployments from a functional perspective
Define and help optimize planning processes
Drive continuous improvements to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs
Create design documents and functional specifications for development activities
Perform structured testing, including test plan creation, integration, and user acceptance testing
Prepare training materials and conduct super-user training sessions
YOU NEED
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
A minimum of 5 years of relevant business or consulting experience
Full cycle implementation experience in Demand and Supply Chain Planning
Knowledge of the Infor M3 system is a plus
Strong understanding of statistics, forecasting methods, and their financial and operational impacts
Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
Project Management certification is a plus
