Student Assistant for Resource Management - Offshore

Assist the Offshore Resource Management team on a part-time basis at the local Global Wind Service office in Szczecin, Poland. This role will provide you with the flexible schedule to complete your studies while gaining professional experience. We therefore invite you to step into one of the fastest growing industries worldwide.
TYPICAL TASKS
Creating and updating technicians CVs for the Offshore team
Manning updates and working with the relevant planning system
Supporting Project Resource Managers with ad hoc tasks as needed
We do not expect you to master everything from the beginning, but we expect you to be eager to learn in order to get there. Training and support will be provided both at the start and throughout your time at GWS.
YOUR PROFILE
Interest in project administration and people management (basic knowledge will be an asset)
Excellent organizational skills
High motivation to learn and hit the ground running in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Very good understanding of IT systems, including MS Office suite
Team player, skilled in communicating with people from various backgrounds, open mind and flexible
Ideally studying towards management/ project management/ renewables/ logistics or related qualification
Very good level of English – written and spoken
