Position Description
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to assist us with administration, updates and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily maintenance of class scheduling, course updates, video editing, assisting with AI-generated narration scripts and voice-over, and statistical reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of the QIAGEN Learning Management System (Docebo), including troubleshooting and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Course Management: Oversee the creation, updating, and organization of courses and classes within the LMS.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule Virtual and Instructor Led classes, ensuring all sessions are properly set up and communicated to participants.
- Video Editing: Edit and enhance course video content, ensuring high-quality production standards.
- AI Assistance: Collaborate with the team to generate narration scripts and voice-overs using AI tools.
- User Support: Provide support to instructors and learners, addressing any technical issues or questions related to the LMS.
Position Requirements
- Readiness for working at least 30 hours per week for a period of 12 months (civil contract)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of LMS management and content creation.
- Experience in an educational or training environment with excellent technology skills will be an asset
- Familiarity with other e-learning platforms and tools will be an asset
