You are ready for your transformation if you are/have:
-
A student in Cracow, Poland
-
Availability of at least 20 hours per week
-
Excel - basic knowledge (functions pivot, vl)
-
English on communicative level in speech and writing
-
Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
Transform yourself and take responsibility for:
-
Assist in preparing employment contracts and documentation
-
Organize and manage personnel files (electronic and physical)
-
Support data entry in HR systems
-
Track BHP training validity and assist with scheduling medical exams
-
Learn about and ensure compliance with Polish labor law
-
Provide general support to the HR team and participate in daily operational HR activities and problem-solving
