What you'll do

• As a Resource Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective allocation, utilization, and optimization of resources across Knauf IT projects
• You will collaborate closely with project managers, team leads, and program managers to ensure that projects are appropriately staffed, resource requirements are met, and potential bottlenecks are proactively addressed
• Your efforts will directly contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects, enhancing our ability to drive innovation and meet business objectives.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of resource availability and capacity, identifying potential conflicts or overallocations.

Who you are

• Bachelor or master student, e. g. in the field of Business Administration or Information Technology
• Experience with MS office tools like Power Point and Excel
• Ideally practical work experience in form of internships or training
• Fluent in English
• Hands on attitude, logical thinking, and basic technical understanding
• Creativity, ability to work in a team, organizational skills, independent work style.
