About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with payroll processing while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain and verify payroll data.
• Support monthly and annual financial closings.
• Handle inquiries from employees, internal stakeholders, and authorities.
• Assist with processes such as reviewing bonuses and salaries.
• Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Actively contribute to improvement projects in the payroll area.

Your Background:

• Experience in HR, along with specialized training in payroll.
• Knowledge of Swiss payroll, including taxes, social security, and labor laws.
• Prior experience with SAP HR is an advantage.
• Structured working style and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
