Payroll Specialist
About the role:
In this role, you will support the team in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. You will also respond to inquiries from employees, internal stakeholders, and external authorities. With experience in HR and further training in payroll, you will be well-prepared for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain and verify payroll data.
- Support monthly and annual financial closings.
- Handle inquiries from employees, internal stakeholders, and authorities.
- Assist with processes such as reviewing bonuses and salaries.
- Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Actively contribute to improvement projects in the payroll area.
Your Background:
- Experience in HR, along with specialized training in payroll.
- Knowledge of Swiss payroll, including taxes, social security, and labor laws.
- Prior experience with SAP HR is an advantage.
- Structured working style and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
