About the Employer:
Our client is a global technology company offering services and solutions to the pulp and paper, energy and other process industries. The company specializes in providing innovative technologies and end-to-end support to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of its clients.
Daily work includes:
- participating in and managing the assigned IT projects,
- maintaining communication and coordinating projects with the various partners: service providers, suppliers and vendors from a technical perspective - regional and global involvement,
-
analysing, planning, measuring, and improving the availability of IT services in relation to agreed service level agreements,
monitoring the operational performance of IT systems/solutions, delegation and optimization,
-
coordinating the implementation of ongoing services per the deadline, requirements, budget and schedule,
promoting a common IT platform and tools in line with management guidelines,
- administrative activities, and record-keeping.
Skills You need to thrive:
- higher degree in computer science or a related field,
- 3-5 years' industry experience preferable,
- good knowledge of information technology, Windows servers and network standards,
- well-developed communication skills,
- English proficiency at min. B2,
- work experience in an international environment.
