Description Join our Learning and Development team as an intern and contribute to creating a dynamic learning environment within our organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in organizing training sessions, as well as supporting internal events. You will work closely with employees and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations and a seamless experience for participants.
Your responsibilities:
Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events.
Employees' support in Learning & Development systems
Help with the analysis and reporting of training program effectiveness and participant feedback.
Maintaining L&D knowledge databases, training schedules.
Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address training needs and opportunities.
Your background:
You are university student graduating in 2025 or later
You are detail oriented and are well-organized
You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You are proficient both in Polish and English (min. B2)
