About the role
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join the operations team at Golden Century Marketing as the Warehouse & Logistics Incharge for our Butuan City operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management and coordination of all warehousing, storage, and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products to our customers.
What you'll be doing

• Manage and optimise the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
• Supervise and develop a team of warehouse personnel to maintain productivity and service levels
• Monitor stock levels and inventory, ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Coordinate with transport providers to plan and execute efficient delivery schedules
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety and security procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide regular reporting on warehouse and logistics performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably within the transport or distribution industries
• Strong operational and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle daily operational challenges
• Proficient in inventory management and warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with transportation and distribution planning, including knowledge of relevant regulations
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to continuously improve processes and productivity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
