JOB PURPOSE The HR/Trainer conducts flexible learning, assessment, and strategies that will meet the learning range of aspirant employees of Generika Drugstore by providing enough knowledge, enhancing skills, and developing the right attitude needed for the position. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, monitor, and evaluate advanced training modules for existing employees of Generika stores and its affiliates.
Designs and expands training programs based on the needs of the organization and the stores.
Conducts advanced training programs for new and existing supervisors of Generika branches and its affiliates.
Administer and evaluate TNA to assess the training needs of the organization.
Managing the delivery of training programs, and devising a training strategy to make the training programs more effective.
Amending and revising programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the workplace/stores.
Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses.
Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.
Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
Performs administrative tasks related to all training programs.
Travel as required to attend instruction or to teach at an off-site location.
Create and Develop a Preceptorship/Internship Program for Pharmacy Students
Conducts Preceptorship/Internship Training
Coordinates with COS/FOS for the endorsement of Interns
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Talent Development Supervisor, Learning and Development Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication or Business Courses.
Experience in Training and Development (designing, developing, providing, and evaluating training modules/programs) is an advantage but not required
