Regional Training Supervisor
Focus on Training and Compliance Coordinator,
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Study TECNO products and develop Key Selling Points (KSP), Features and Benefits (FABE), and sales processes for promoters, including smartphone navigation.
- Develop and localize training materials for sales teams, distributors, and dealers.
- Create compliance procedures and audit activities for promoters, area sales coordinators, and merchandisers.
- Verify and check brand visibility materials within the audit-covered area.
- Conduct store visits to assess promoter performance.
- Organize and manage training activities, including cost planning, venue arrangements, and coordination with Area Sales Coordinators.
- Develop Face to face materials and assessments to engage and evaluate promoter knowledge. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and HQ Trainer to align on regional plans and directives.
- Conduct training on product knowledge, soft skills, and management skills for promoters, area sales coordinators, regional sales managers, dealers, corporate partners, and distributors.
- Ensure promoters are prepared for new product launches, price drops, marketing promotions, and event execution.
- Act as a speaker/host during mall activations and product launches.
- Regularly update WAPP analysis (Competitor Reports) on a weekly basis.
- Assist with sales data analysis as needed.
- Follow up on sales target completion, analyze data, and prepare the monthly commission plan.
- Oversee all training-related activities for promoters from entry to exit.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
- Experience in the mobile phone or IT industry with a proven ability to manage dealer and Area Sales Coordinator training activities.
- Proficient in Google Drive (Google Sheets, Google Forms), Zoom, and Skype for online training.
- Demonstrates a proactive, “Can-Do-It” attitude with strong goal-setting and deadline-meeting skills.
- Skilled in using Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop, and video editing tools for report generation and training material localization.
- Must be compliant, able to work with minimal supervision, and manage a team effectively to achieve targets.
- No criminal records or negative issues from previous employers; must not have violated any non-compete agreements.
- Work schedule is six days a week, with Sunday as the rest day.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a charismatic “INFO-TAINER” presence.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
