The RS is responsible for monitoring and boosting the sales of the stores and areas assigned to them. The role Directly manages a team of Product Masters. They also actively inspect sales activity and effort among sales associates ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
Duties and responsibilities
· Complete SO sales target
· Management and training of shopping guide team
· Promote the progress of the company's business work

Qualifications
· Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
· Familiar with the mobile phone market in a certain region of the Philippines; South Luzon (2), North Luzon (1), Central Luzon (1), Metro Manila (2), Visayas (2), Mindanao (2)
· Familiar with retail customers in the area, with rich retail store management and store customer experience maintenance
· Mobile phone industry experience not less than 2 years
· Must be aggressive and persuasive
· Experience as a supervisor or team leader specializing in sales or equivalent
· Proficient in MS Office applications
Working conditions
This position requires working with different nationalities. This will require you to go on field work to check areas of assignments. Follows mall schedules, six (6) days work in a week, reports during the holidays if needed, and should be open for communication at all times

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
