RETAIL BUSINESS COUNSELOR
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Sales in the Station – to ensure alignment with business goals, optimize revenue generation and enhance customer satisfaction.
Dealer Alignment with company objectives – to ensure a good and strong relationship with the dealer and the company.
Sales Volume Analysis and Action Planning - to ensure that the sales volume per station are attain.
Inventory Management – to ensure product availability in the station.
Monitor Trade Area Pump Prices – to ensure and monitor trade area pump prices and request price alignment if needed.
Successful Candidate
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Preferably with experience in the petroleum sales is an advantage
- Must be confident, persistent and hard working
- With good communication skills and Interpersonal skills
- Must have driver’s license and willing to do field work.
-Preferably a resident of General Santos City
Willing to work onsite in North SOCCSKARGEN
