Regional Warehouse Supervisor
The position will oversee the operations of regional branch warehouses, and is responsible for their safe and seamless operations. The role is accountable in ensuring product quality of all Finish Goods and the optimal operating conditions of the assigned branch warehouses
Responsibilities of a Regional Warehouse Supervisor:
1. Warehouse Operations- Manage Branch Warehouse operation and ensures that operational standard of the company are implemented, Good Warehousing Practices and improvements to operations is implemented. Responsible for the general upkeep of Branch Warehouse Location, including proper storage, accounting/reporting and clean up of non-FG items.
2. Inventory Record Accuracy- Ensures 100% inventory records accuracy for all FG across all operations/Warehouses through the proper roll-out of controls ( Procedural, Systems & JSOX) and process checks.
3. Product Quality Management- execute product quality standards through proper monitoring of company measures- Temperature, Relative Humidity, Pest Control through the beetle count index, and ensured all product complaint are captured, recorded and reported to factory, including exception monitoring of quality issues of the market.
4. Operational Health & Safety- Ensured 100% regulatory compliance to all covered Branch Warehouses, Safety Incidence Reporting, and continues cascade of Safety protocols across branch operations.
5. 3PL Management- ensuring efficient operation of Third Party Partners in managing Delivery Distribution Partner Supply Site (DDP-SS), by consistent operational monitoring, ensure 3PL KPI is being met and Company control is implemented i.g. 3PL Contract Management, Inventory Cycle Count and Business Reviews Cycles is complied.
6.Collaborates with Central Business Unit (CBU) - maintain strong relationship through continues touchpoint, ensure CBU direction and strategy is being cascaded with the branch team
7. People management - Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
8. Other
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Requirements:
Education: Equivalent experience or a College Graduate
Work Experience: With at least 3 years Warehousing experience. With basic knowledge in SAP and a Minimum 2 years Leadership experience.
Language Skills: Communicate well both written and Oral. Excellence in MS Office
Functional Skills: Warehousing & Logistics Management/ People Management
