1. Manages the training needs and career development roadmap of the THMC personnel

iv. Designs programs aimed at developing the overall competencies and help the personnel adapt to the changes in the work environment and help develop a training curriculum on “Malasakit”
v. Develop and upgrade relevant training materials;
vi. Oversee and contribute substantially to the design of specific/ specialized training programs aimed at enhancing leadership and managerial competencies and upgrading technical skills of staff

i. Helps line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one to-one basis or in groups.
ii. Keeps abreast with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to the work environment and help develop a training curriculum on “Malasakit”
iii. Oversee the development of systems and methods for disseminating information to employees/personnel on training and staff development opportunities, as well as determine other sources of learning
iv. Coordinates responses/ information on Training Programs to the respective Department Heads

2. Works in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization
3. Develops effective induction programs with HR Assistant.
a. Oversee the design and delivery of employment-readiness and orientation programs;
b. Monitoring of trainees for pre-employment procedure and administration following the training guidelines.
4. Perform other duties as the management may require.
