Training Officer
Responsibilities:
Benefits:
- Responsible for trainings of all BFFI supermarket merchandisers.
- Prepares progress report on the training attendees target.
- Update merchandisers module quarterly and coordinate changes across DP departments.
- Provide weekly billing report on trained merchandiser.
- Communicates regularly with all partnered agencies for manpower training schedule and attendees.
- Planning for the improvement of attendees.
- Coordinates with sales group for the turn-over of receipt of trained merchandisers.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree in Human Resource Management, Mass communication, Business Administration, or any of its equivalent.
- Passionate in teaching, team player, flexible, and has a good communication skill.
- Has a proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Must possess a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
- Willing to travel or do field works.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
