DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Timekeeping

• Encode provincial timekeeping report for payroll processing every 11th and 25th.

Outsourced Management

• Handle agency and partners concerns;
• Conduct checking and audit of outsourced attendance;
• Send agency Labor Cost to Feed Mill Managers every 5th of the month;

Talent Acquisition

• Prepare and coordinate for TRFs requested by unit/Department;
• Prepare coordinate with Corporate HR: Arrange Face-to-Face or Virtual Interview with the different Hiring Managers, Operations up to Final Interview with the VP Feedmill Operation/VP Animal Nutrition;
• Onboarding of new hires: Conduct orientation, site tour, introduce the different Departments in Feedmill operations;

Performance Management

• Prepare probationary evaluation form and draft Employee Movement Notification Form (EMNF) for checking in Corporate;
• Assist in the performance evaluation, inform the appraiser with instructions, schedules and submissions of the performance evaluation form. Coordinate with the HR Business Partner;
• Prepare memos and announcements for checking and in coordination with the HR - Business Partner;

Other Administrative Duties

• Handle administrative activities such as booking of business travel, managing payment requests and petty cash withdrawal;
• Assist in the preparation conference meetings; Arrange zoom/google meet links as requested by the Managers;
• Plan for Annual Team Building (Budget proposals, Facilitating and Liquidation of Budget);
• Preparation for Annual Strategic Planning ( Hotel ocular, budget proposal, assigning rooms, food and logistics);
• Plan for Annual Christmas Party (Budget proposals, Buying Raffle prizes and Give-aways for workers Facilitating the event (Arranging catering and program proper) then Liquidation of Budget);
• Provide general Admin support when necessary;

Offboarding

• Prepare Clearances and Exit Survey Form of resigning employee/s;
• Prepare list for Annual Physical Exam of all regular/direct Feedmill employees;
• Arrange Management Training, including schedule, logistics, handouts, immersion and test papers;
• Assist DOLE Inspection for Bulacan and Tarlac; Feed Mill Operations;
• Distribute Lacson and Lacson Cards and other documents from Corporate HR.
• Print DTRs and Overtime Forms to be signed by VP – Feedmill Operation;
• Consolidate for all Feed Mill operation;
• Respond to payroll concerns every cut-off in coordination with the Payroll Team;

QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or any related field;
• With at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Must be willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan;
• Must be willing to work on a Monday to Saturday schedule.
