Job Description: The Team Leader/Supervisor will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping, Front Office, and Kitchen departments. This role ensures seamless coordination between these areas to provide excellent guest service, maintain operational efficiency, and meet quality standards. The Team Leader/Supervisor will be responsible for staff supervision, training, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead teams across Housekeeping, Front Office, and Kitchen departments.
Coordinate departmental operations to ensure smooth guest service and satisfaction.
Monitor cleanliness, service standards, and kitchen operations for quality control.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluation across all departments.
Address guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in multiple departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen).
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage diverse teams and maintain service standards.
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service protocols.
