Responsible for ensuring the achievement of business targets at the store level through seamless daily operations.
Major Deliverables

• Improves store personnel’s product knowledge by providing training to existing and newly-hired amusement staff to provide them with extensive knowledge.
• Checks schedule and performance of the team.
• Keeps track of store performance.
• Conducts sales analysis to increase sales, and recommends marketing strategies to further improve the performance of the store based on his analysis with competitors.
• Must promote and set an example of excellent customer service at all times.
• Ensures proper coordination between stores and head office support units to address operational concerns.
• Responsible for the overall profitability of the store.
• Responsible for timely submission of sales and plantilla reports.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php11,500.00 - Php17,500.00 per month
