Provides a positive customer experience through exceptional quality service to ensure increase in sales transaction. Acts as the first point-of-contact of customers in the store. Ensures the safekeeping, accuracy, security and sufficient store fund.
Selling. Uses appropriate spiels, answers customer queries, and provide applicable support services to customers. Properly cascade to customers the carnival game mechanics and distribute prizes accordingly.
Cleanliness, Orderliness and safety. Ensures machines, redemption items, prizes, and all equipment are clean, organized, and safe to use. Executes strategies to ensure prevention of item loss.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
At least Associate Degree or (2) years in College
With six months to one year experience in cash handling. Experience in an amusement center is preferred, but not required.
