Job Purpose/Summary:
- To lead the technicians on site ensuring that the work is performed as per work instructions and method statements.
- To give precise directions and recommendations to the technicians
- To act as a link between upper management and technicians
- To ensure that all site works are carried out as per approved method statement and construction drawings
- To ensure that materials and equipment delivered to site are safely handled to prevent damage and injuries
- To prepare working area regarding equipment, materials and safety for each operation
- To control the installation of materials and proper operation of equipment
- To fill out the control quality forms when required
- To ensure that the technicians wear their site safety equipment at all time
- To ensure that the site technicians are provided with the preventative dehydration drinks in summer
- To verify that the materials used on site are compliant with the drawings
- With at least 3 years' experience as Supervisor in a construction project
- With experience and background in post-tensioning and related Freyssinet services
- With strong interpersonal and supervisory skills to lead the team
- Willing to assign anywhere
