Service Admin
A Service Admin is responsible to effectively communicate via phone and emails ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Also, produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms.

- Know how to use office tools
- Prepare Purchase order via Net Suite (make sure to check the details)
- Receive parts DR/SI and file for billing attachment
- System Receiving receipt Net Suite
- Prepare system Quotation
- Prepare system Sales Order, Delivery Receipt/Gate pass
- Process billing for closing and attachment of files (verifying details & problem-solving skills)
- Record, filing and archiving of documents (memo, letters, document forms and inventory tools)
- Recording of billing via system creating info
- Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies
- Performs any task given by the Immediate Superior.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Automotive: 1 year (Preferred)
